Dolapo Sanusi-OlaFCMA, MBA, MSc

With over two decades of cross-sector experience spanning Europe and Africa, Dolapo Sanusi-Ola is a seasoned financial strategist, fractional CFO, and transformational leader in accounting and business advisory. She is the founder of our firm — dedicated to helping businesses achieve sustainable growth through sound financial management, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
Dolapo is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA), holds an MBA (Distinction) from Imperial College London, and an MSc in Investment, Treasury & Banking from Dublin City University.

As a business advisor, she has helped startups scale, supported investor relations and funding efforts, and led regulatory and financial transformation initiatives. She is also a contributor to financial publications, offering insights to help small and medium enterprises (SMEs) build resilience.

Grace AgbebiACCA, BSc

Grace is an accomplished ACCA Chartered Accountant with more than 11 years of progressive experience in financial control, regulatory reporting, and financial governance. Her career spans multiple financial analyst and control roles, where she developed strong technical expertise in financial accounting, reporting frameworks, and compliance management.
Currently, Grace serves as a Subject Matter Expert in Regulatory Reporting, a role she has held for the past three years. In this capacity, she oversees the preparation and submission of regulatory reports in line with evolving compliance standards, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to industry best practices. Her expertise includes interpreting complex regulations, implementing reporting processes, and maintaining strong relationships with regulatory authorities.
Her earlier career experience included financial analyst and financial control positions where she was instrumental in improving reporting functions, strengthening internal controls, and enhancing financial governance. She has also played a vital role in supporting senior leadership teams by delivering insights and recommendations that informed strategic decisions.
